Key Responsibilities
Sales & Financial Performance
Lead the store to achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Effectively manage payroll and scheduling within budget.
Use strong sales techniques and customer service to increase revenue.
Participate in inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and coach sales associates.
Motivate and empower team members to achieve performance goals.
Foster a professional, inclusive, and positive work culture.
Ensure all employees represent the Marise brand standards.
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional service and ensure every customer feels valued.
Build long-term relationships with customers using a client book.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Maintain strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
Operations & Visual Standards
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Oversee stock handling, shipping, receiving, and related paperwork.
Follow all company policies and opening/closing procedures.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Work Conditions
Retail store environment (approx. 1,500 sq. ft.)
Must be available for weekend shifts and during key holiday periods (mid-November to end of December)
Qualifications
2+ years of retail management experience (fashion apparel preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
