Store Manager (bell)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results driven Store Manager with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be reliable and a strong leader who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail, while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee store operations Drive sales and achieve sales targets Train and supervise staff Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales goals Deal with customer complaints and queries Maximize profitability and productivity Maintain store standards, stock and merchandise Ensure compliance with company policies

Leadership, Initiative and team development Sales and target achievement Organization and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Problem-solving
This role offers a base hourly wage complemented by commission, performance bonus and other incentives with an opportunity to earn ranging from $22-$30 per hour or more when combining base and variable pay.
