What You'll Do

Lead daily store operations for a team of 50+ across retail, lumber yard, and delivery Build a positive, empowered team culture - we don t micromanage here Deliver standout customer experiences that reflect our Purpose & Vision Partner with senior leadership on growth, staffing, and community impact Ensure strong operations across inventory, merchandising, and safety Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit - your ideas for the business matter.

Who You Are

Experienced in retail leadership at a Store Manager level - with preference given to: hardware, or building supply management background. Strong with operations, but even stronger with people. Comfortable analyzing the business through data - and making data-driven decisions. Someone who empowers rather than controls Respectful, collaborative, and community-minded A leader who fits - and protects - a healthy, positive culture.
