Job Description
Aunty's Kitchen in Mississauga, is looking for one store manager to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 6039 Erin Mills Parkway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinating and managing restaurant operations, and improving it's efficiency. Ensuring that high standards are maintained for all food and beverage preparation and presentation. Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner Managing inventory; ordering supplies for the restaurant based on sales target. Estimating future needs for food, cleaning products and other supplies. Manage the training and development of team members
Qualifications
Proven experience as a team leader Strong organizational skills. Customer focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
License
Must have Food Handler's Certification or receive it within two weeks of being hired
