Who are you?
Proven manager with 4+ years' experience in retail management;
Experience and/or passion for interior design;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
Exceptional organizational skills with task prioritization, multi-tasking, and strong time management;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work with little supervision;
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted;
Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders;
Available to work Monday to Friday, daytime and evening, and daytime Saturday and Sunday (40 hours weekly)
What will you do?
Lead by example through a client-driven attitude by providing exceptional service;
Ensure each client receives an elite Area Rug Shop experience, through training and coaching;
Possess design expertise and excellent product knowledge in the industry;
Communicate accurate and detailed product information to employees and assist in the sales process;
Ensure day-to-day operations and delegate effectively to meet deadlines;
Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
Ensure showroom cleanliness is maintained, and trending products are highlighted;
Other duties as required
