Your Role as Store Leader:

As the Store Leader, you'll spearhead operations, motivate your team, and deliver a client experience that delights and inspires. You'll turn opportunities into achievements by fostering connections, driving results, and keeping the energy high.

Lead and Inspire

: Coach, guide, and energize your team with feedback and clear expectations, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated.

Education & Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience including some supervisory or management experience, or combination of experience and some post secondary education or undergraduate degree Requires practical experience and knowledge in managing retail teams and operational processes
