We are seeking a Store Coordinator who is energetic, enthusiastic and dependable -- someone who thrives on motivating people and delivers excellent service with consistent, organized operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and ensure reliable coverage for all scheduled shifts, including responding promptly to sick calls. This may involve arranging replacements from available staff - and when necessary, filling in personally to maintain smooth operations. Ensure strong product knowledge Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach Drive sales goals while maintaining staff morale and service standards Collaborate with ownership on promotions, strategy, and long-term growth Helping customers on the sales floor Assisting with payroll and stock management
Our intention is to hire a candidate who, after several months of training and familiarization with the store, would transition into the Store Manager role. The salary for that position is $55,000.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail management or supervisor experience (fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail preferred) Strong math skills are essential Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of building effective teams Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire staff and engage customers Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure Proficient with POS systems, scheduling and basic computer applications. Experience with Shopify is an asset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
*Please note: You must be comfortable being on your feet throughout the day and assisting with stock, including lifting 40 lbs boxes
