We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring the store is well-organized and inviting. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of technology items. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance the shopping experience. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as necessary. Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries effectively, both in-person and over the phone. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous. Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and transactions. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment. Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers via phone calls. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Pay: $15.70-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
