Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to upselling products. We are looking for a candidate that would be open to advancement & willing to take on more responsibility once trained.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays. Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with product sales techniques, including upselling Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.
