Store Clerk

to join us and help lead our team. This position requires availability on some weekends and weekdays.

Store Clerk Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and a positive customer experience Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Handle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor and back area. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing product displays Social media skills are a plus but not required

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Basic understanding of electronics and technical sales is preferred Previous experience in retail sales is a plus Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset
As a Store Clerk at Hamro Village, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You'll oversee a diverse selection of handmade, Fair Trade products, guiding customers to find items that best meet their needs.
