Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling transactions, assisting customers, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions
- Promote special offers and upsell products to increase sales
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Liquor Industry experience required
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Knowledge of technical or technology sales is advantageous
