We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay structure:
$18 hourly base salary plus commission on store net sales.
Responsibilities
As a store attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice on bathroom vanities, including assisting customers in choosing, designing, and purchasing the perfect vanity for their needs. In addition, you will manage light warehouse duties such as inventory management, order preparation.
Customer Consultation & Sales
:
Post ads on Facebook marketplace and get back to the messages in timely manner
Greet customers and identify their needs, providing personalized recommendations for bathroom vanities based on space, style preferences, functionality, and budget.
Offer expert guidance on vanity materials, finishes, sizes, installation requirements.
Close sales, process orders, and secure payments.
Ensure that the showroom is inviting, clean, and properly displays bathroom vanities in an appealing way.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the bathroom vanities offered by the company, including the latest trends, features, and benefits of different models and styles.
Stay up-to-date on market trends for bathroom remodels, new materials, and innovative vanity designs.
Assist customers in selecting the right size, finish, and style of vanity to fit their bathroom design and layout.
Warehouse Duties:
Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring bathroom vanities and related products are stocked, stored properly, and easily accessible.
Perform regular inventory counts to track product availability and identify any discrepancies.
Help load and unload vanities and related products for customer orders, ensuring they are safely handled and transported.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work together to meet store goals, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
Skills:
Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
G2 driver's license (required).
Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential.
Ability to lift 50 lbs (required).
DCS / DEC (required).
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
