Timbertrain Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe dedicated to providing an exceptional coffee experience. We are passionate about quality, hospitality, and fostering a welcoming environment for both our customers and staff. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and community-driven Store Manager to lead our team at our Depot location.

We are seeking a leader who is passionate about coffee, committed to exceptional service, and skilled in cafe operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys team leadership, and understands the importance of community in a cafe setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead and inspire a team of baristas, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Maintain inventory, including ordering supplies, coffee, and food items. o Ensure proper equipment maintenance and cleanliness, coordinating with relevant contacts as needed. Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. Address customer concerns professionally and proactively. Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment. Handle scheduling, staff evaluations, and team training. Act as the first point of contact for operational needs, including staffing issues and maintenance requests. Support Timbertrain's vision by creating a welcoming and inclusive space for staff and customers.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality management role. Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to continuous learning. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and staff training. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
