Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on customer eccentric, bubbly, experienced Assistant Store Manager to assist in our gift-ware retail operations and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets across all categories.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and scheduling. Ensure sufficient sales volume. Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stocking, and organization. Ensure slow moving inventory is marked down and cleared. Ensure new trending items and customer requests are suggested for procurement to management, Ensure items on promotions are clearly marked and are visible to customers. Develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and verbal/ sm messaging communication. Ensuring a clean and welcoming retail environment. Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation to enhance customer shopping experience. Ensure Merchandising displays are changed regularly, and prices are clearly posted. Ensure POS system is properly set up and efficient for quick check outs. Ensure all online marketing channels are fully optimized and promotions scheduled in advanced.

Requirements:

Experience in front store operations and team management. Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly. Excellent communication skills. Social Media marketing skills. Experienced in online marketplaces a plus. Excellent computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
