Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Keep abreast of product knowledge, current promotions, and store policies Support inventory management through merchandising and stock replenishment Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are a plus, enabling better service to diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with product demos, technical sales, or merchandising enhances effectiveness in this role Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
