We have opportunities for hard working, enthusiastic and reliable people just like you.What you\'ll do:Be the contact point for colleagues for any HR related questions and execute the HR tasks at store levelBe responsible for basic accounting and finance duties (payroll, accounts payable, banking)Be proactive in the recruitment cycle of the hourly workforce \xe2\x80\x93 job postings, interviews, and orientationsBe diligent in maintaining employee database to ensure accurate information (workday)Be accountable for office duties and store administrator duties as indicated by Store ManagerManage the front end team (day to day, training, coaching) and write the front end schedule weeklyManage the cash office (safe, paperwork, operations)Be a customer service, policy, and health & safety role modelBe constantly on the outlook for great talent to join our teamBuilding and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingOther duties as per Store Manager to support the customers, store, and teamWhat you bring:Familiarity with company systems would be an asset (swedamart, workday, persona, SAP)Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekendsA demonstrated teammate committed to contributing to the store team resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPeople management experience and leadership skills would be an assetExcellent organizational abilities (able to manage multiple priorities)Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes, unpredictable store / office environmentComputer skills (PC Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel) is an assetOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
