About the Opportunity

LockedBox is Canada's storage sharing platform that connects people who have extra space with people who need it. If you have a spare garage, basement, shed, parking spot, or any unused area, you can turn it into easy extra income with minimal time and effort.

Hosting pays a high hourly equivalent because the work is extremely light. You're simply providing secure space and occasionally meeting renters for drop-off or pick-up.

Think of it as a flexible side gig, similar to Airbnb or Uber.

Why This is Different

High "hourly rate" without constant work - You might only spend 15-30 minutes per booking (earning $80-$180/hour equivalent). Completely flexible - Accept bookings when you want; block off your space when you don't. Low effort - No heavy lifting, no ongoing labor, just provide a safe space. Hands-off income - Renters store their own items; you simply provide access.

Requirements

Available space - garage, basement, shed, driveway, spare room, or similar Safe & clean - free from hazards and ready to store someone's belongings Accessible - you can let renters in at agreed drop-off and pick-up times

List your available space on LockedBox (we'll guide you) Approve bookings and coordinate quick drop-offs/pick-ups Keep the space secure and in good condition

Earning Potential:

Typical earnings: $80-$180/hour (based on the small amount of active time required) Payment is per booking, not per hour worked
