, downtown Calgary's newest climate controlled self storage with the BEST team in place is hiring a new part time storage consultant. We are locally owned and operated and we are looking for a part-time storage consultant to join our small but mighty team. If you enjoy working with people, we could be the right fit for you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set new customers up with storage plans in person or over the phone Provide ongoing assistance to customers in their use of storage spaces Regularly monitor the facility and rental units and while ensuring the property inside and out remains clean and accessible Perform facility opening and closing procedures as laid out Update customer accounts in Sitelink software, receive payments in Sitelink software and conduct move out inspections Dispatch Uhaul trucks and receive Uhaul trucks

SKILLS

Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone Have the ability to use positive language while building relationships with new and existing customers Ability to work well within a small team environment Proficient computer skills (MS-Office, keyboarding and internet savvy), as well as learn new client management softwares Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operational and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals

EXPERIENCE

Experience in the storage industry would be an asset but not necessary 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative environment Ability to work alone and in a team environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
