What it's all about:



As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, leading and motivating team members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll assist Department Management with training staff, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals.

s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply Ltd. is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team in our Sudbury location. Training is provided and ongoing.

What you'll do:



Supervise, train, and coach retail staff to deliver excellent customer service. Assist in scheduling and delegating daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Support inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping environment. Open and close tills; ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately. Work closely with sales representatives and customers, both in-store and over the phone, to provide solutions and build strong relationships. Join and actively participate in the Health & Safety Committee to promote a safe workplace. Monitor sales performance and assist with strategies to meet and exceed targets. Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Various other admin tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Familiarity Excel and Word Strong mathematical skills Pleasant, clear voice * Experience with SAP Business One is helpful but not mandatory
