Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at our brand new location at 40 Alicia Scott Ave in the Mt.Uniacke business park.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive sales experience to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and supporting junior sales consultants

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Identify & develop sales strategy's for new sales opportunities, & trends. Present product offerings and solutions effectively to clients, showcasing the value proposition. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets with senior management Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales consultant or similar role in the stone countertop industry or related field Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to understand the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $53,800.00-$76,140.00 per year
