Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled STONE CNC Operator and Fabricator to join our NIGHT SHIFT manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate stone according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The CNC Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinary (Eg. Park Industries Titan) and other related equipment to produce stone countertops as per specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand machining requirements.

Set up and adjust CNC machines for optimal performance, including tool changes and offsets.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.

Fabricate components using various machining techniques

Package finished products according to company guidelines for shipment or storage.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating CNC machines.

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.

Experience with forklifts for material handling is preferred.

Strong machining skills, including knowledge of various fabrication techniques.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.19-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
