Capital Markets Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management firm, is seeking a Canadian securities-licensed sales assistant to provide comprehensive support to its Toronto-based practice.

Mandatory Requirements

:

Strong digital literacy and research skills to assess information reliability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Expertise in data management and entry. Excellent written communication skills to convey information. Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities Professional demeanor with good office and phone etiquette Ability to perform under pressure and meet multiple deadlines Proactive mindset focused on process optimization and improvement Effective both independently and in a team setting. Understanding of the investment brokerage industry and securities regulations. Canadian securities licence

Desirable Requirements

:

Experience in event/meeting planning and coordination Experience with Conquest and Snap Projections software Good knowledge of Morningstar Advisor Workstation

Compensation

:

Varies between $45,000 $60,000 (licensed assistant) There's a bonus based on performance each year. Benefits: Medical and Dental
