Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked, organized, and clean, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels and assisting with the overall operations of the store.

Duties

Stock shelves with merchandise in a timely and organized manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product locations. Collaborate with the sales team to support retail sales efforts. Perform cashiering duties as needed during busy periods. Supporting the floor on weekends if needed.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and sales area. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn (certification may be required). Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment.
