Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our retail team. This role is vital in ensuring that store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and maintained to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.

Duties

Restock shelves with merchandise efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper placement and organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor areas. Perform cashiering duties including processing transactions when needed Ensure safety protocols are followed during all stocking and maintenance activities Collaborate with team members to ensure store standards are met consistently

Requirements

Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or related roles is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks reliably Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
