Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

- Please note this is for evenings and weekends. (monday - saturday 12pm-830pm. sundays 10am-630pm)

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Process customers through the till using a POS system Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed and ensuring products are displayed correctly. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location within the store. Clean and maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Operate forklifts or other equipment safely when moving large items or restocking heavy products (if applicable).

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or stocking/cash is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
