Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and supporting the overall operations of the store.
Duties
Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring items are placed in their designated locations promptly. Organize stock on shelves and displays to enhance product visibility and accessibility. Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff. Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with merchandising techniques and organizational skills is a plus. Daytime availibility a must
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $15.65 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
