Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Stitching Machine Operator

to join our fast-paced and growing print manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating stitching machines--particularly the

Muller Martini Primera Pro saddle stitcher

--and a strong understanding of print production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the

Muller Martini Primera Pro saddle stitcher

to ensure accurate stitching and high-quality output Perform quality control checks to inspect finished materials for precision and consistency Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the saddle stitcher and related equipment Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace guidelines Assist in organizing and handling materials within the production and warehouse areas Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience operating stitching machines in a print manufacturing environment (Muller Martini experience strongly preferred) Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Familiarity with printing and binding processes is highly desirable Experience with forklifts or warehouse machinery is a plus Background in packaging, machining, or print finishing will be considered an asset
