Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. Clean soiled dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools as required. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work surfaces. Empty garbage and ensure disposal areas are clean and stocked with supplies. Report broken or faulty equipment to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Support catering events through equipment setup and takedown. Ensure adequate stock of cleaning products and materials. Adhere to Legends' grooming standards and wear the proper uniform and nametag. Comply with all Legends Hospitality health and safety regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

QualificationsPrior stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working with non-toxic cleaning chemicals. Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate industrial dishwashers, pot washers, and other cleaning equipment.

Physical DemandsFrequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, hearing, speaking, and visual focus. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
