Summary

We are seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team at Spring Water Dental. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for our patients and staff, ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.

Responsibilities

Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area. Monitor sterilization processes to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist dental staff by preparing instruments for procedures as needed. Conduct regular inventory checks of sterilization supplies and report shortages. Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures. Seat patients and prepare the operatory for treatment. Some chairside assisting during dental treatment

Requirements

Experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37 per week
