About the Role:



The Sterility Cleaning Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical and medical facilities. This position is critical to maintaining, controlled environments, such as cleanrooms and laboratories, which are essential for producing safe and effective products. The role involves executing specialized cleaning protocols, adhering to Good. Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and supporting the operational integrity of highly regulated spaces. This role directly contributes to the health and safety of patients and consumers by maintaining environments where precision and compliance are paramount. The shift will tentatively take place every Monday 9am-5pm but can vary.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform scheduled cleaning of

GMP cleanrooms

, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment surfaces, following validated cleaning procedures. Accurately document cleaning activities using GMP-compliant logs and checklists. Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and equipment while adhering to chemical handling and safety guidelines. Report any deviations, maintenance issues, or contamination risks to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:



Prior experience cleaning in

GMP cleanroom environments

or pharmaceutical/biotech settings is highly preferred. Willingness to Familiarize with cleanroom classifications and contamination control principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE and working in controlled environments for extended periods.

Transportation/Travel Required

(those with vehicles preferred).

Local Preferred

(but not required).

Must Be Able to Lift 50 lbs
