TechBlazers, an educational center specializing in robotics, programming, and 3D design, is seeking a skilled STEM Instructor to join our team. As a STEM instructor, you will primarily teach Lego and robotics courses to kids aged 4 to 10 at TechBlazers. You will need to work every Saturday and Sunday. Experience with ECE and ECA is a plus.
Responsibilities
Deliver STEM-oriented instructions through project-based learning methods.
Encourage students to solve problems with the projects by thinking logically and creatively.
Implement all policies and rules governing student life, inform students of reasonable rules concerning classroom procedures and behaviors, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
Assess the accomplishments of students in a variety of ways on a regular basis and provide feedback to parents and management.
Research and develop new course material when required, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
Qualifications
Experienced with or studied in STEM-related fields such as Science, Technologies, Engineering, and Math.
Passionate about teaching and experienced in motivating children to learn and explore new ideas in class.
Experience with Early Childhood Education is a plus.
Previous experience with Robotics Design and Software Development is a plus.
Full-time college students are welcome.

This is a part-time position with a salary ranging from $26.00 to $35.00 per hour. The schedule for this role is every weekend, and the work will be conducted in person.
