Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with the ability to foster a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing lesson plans, engaging students in meaningful discussions, and assessing their progress to ensure educational goals are met.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and needs Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and responsibility among students Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies

Requirements

Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports all learners Classroom experience is highly desirable, demonstrating effective classroom management skills A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$34.87 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
