What You Bring:

Ability to efficiently, effectively and safely run a shingle replacement crew on challenging multi-family, & industrial worksites Supervisory experience & leadership skills & attitude Ability to work with cooperatively and roof inspection and consulting firms Ability to effectively manage your team and replacement project 5+ years shingling & roofing experience Clean driver's abstract Safety-first mindset & reliability Excellent communication & client interaction Organized & detail-oriented with a focus on Quality installations Red Seal or Steep slope roofing ticket
