We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Steel Studs & Tracks Forming Machine Operator

to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience operating various types of steel framing machinery. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, programming steel-forming machines, and maintaining high-quality production standards. If you are passionate about precision and efficiency in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery, including Steel forming machines, steel sheet coil decoiler, and steel packing, stacking machines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for production. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety. Utilize hand tools and logic controllers effectively during the manufacturing process. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Steel Studs & Tracks Forming Machine

Operator in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery, including Steel forming systems. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation. Experience with programming machines is highly desirable. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
