Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our team. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the use of power tools.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
- Assemble and secure building materials using nails, screws, or adhesives
- Experience working in High Rise commercial/ residential buildings

-Operation of hand tools , power tools and moving materials

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Framer or in a similar role for 1 year
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus
- Welding skills are a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
