As the

Sheet Metal Siding/Steel Roofing Estimator/Project Coordinator

, you will be responsible for preparing precise estimates for cladding and roofing projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and helping drive the success of our steel siding and roofing division.

What You'll Be Doing

Estimate costs for sheet metal siding, steel roofing, and standing seam roofing systems Evaluate and price cladding repairs and other project scopes Review architectural drawings, specs, and related documents to generate accurate takeoffs Liaise with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure alignment from quote to project completion Use Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to prepare and manage estimates Maintain strong attention to detail and timelines while juggling multiple bids

What You Bring to the Table

5 or more years of experience in cladding systems, standing seam roofing, and project estimating Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Doc (or similar estimating software) Ability to read construction documents and architectural drawings Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills Able to work independently while staying aligned with the broader team

What We Offer
