Station Support Supervisor

to join our team in

Goose Bay, NL!

Job Duties

Assist with all aspects of the Goose Bay Counter Operation Assisting with payroll as required. As required, participate in the SMS and the Management of Change (MOC) process as it relates to assigned duties OSH & AOSH requirements of the Goose Bay Counter Maintaining supplies for the counter(s) PAL/AB as required Conduct initial and recurrent training classes for front line staff Assisting in resolving operational disruptions Participate and execute the PAL ERP Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' Customer Service or Supervisory experience Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide superior customer experience Strong oral and written communication skills Conflict resolution skills, administrative and budget management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work a flexible schedule
