Stationary Engines Mechanic, 4B

, to join our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Maintenance, Installation and Repair of all electromechanical equipment of the building including, but not limited to, the Heating and Cooling System, Water treatment and Water Supply; Know how to read buildings' control diagrams and mechanical plans; Provide (internal) customer service and perform tasks related to various service calls; Assist and Follow-up with external resources to perform the subcontracted work; Responsible for general maintenance work inside and outside the building; Inspect and apply preventative maintenance measures; Execute small mechanical projects; Interact occasionally with suppliers and contractors; Performs all other related duties as required;

Requirements

Professional college diploma in mechanical maintenance of stationary machines or equivalent; Class B professional refrigeration qualification certificate and class 4 professional heating Certificate; Driver's license; Knowledge of automation and pneumatic regulation systems; Able to communicate in French Knowledge of Ms. Office; Autonomous, team player, have good judgment, customer service oriented;

This position offers:
