Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, ensuring each drink meets our high standards for consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional service. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and managing waste. Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and tracking stock levels to ensure availability and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and adherence to local liquor laws. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service, addressing any guest issues or feedback promptly. Contribute to the execution of creative drink specials and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging with guests and providing outstanding service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service and bar operations. Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
