What You'll Do:
Strategic Sourcing:
Design and execute pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and more to connect with high-performing candidates.
Market Intelligence:
Research talent landscapes in Canada & the U.S., delivering data-driven recommendations on emerging markets and candidate pools.
CRM/ATS Management:
Keep our database pristine--log activities, track candidate progress, and generate reports that measure our impact.
Performance Metrics:
Help set and exceed quarterly and annual placement targets through accurate forecasting and KPI tracking.
Candidate Experience:
Deliver a polished, consultative journey at every stage--from first outreach to offer acceptance--ensuring candidates feel valued and informed.

Who You Are:
Experienced:
2+ years in sourcing, lead generation, sales development, or recruiting--ideally within North American tech startups.
Educated:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever, ZoomInfo, etc., and eager to learn new platforms.
Organized & Analytical:
Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple searches without missing details, and turning data into actionable strategy.
Self-Starter:
You own your projects, find creative ways to keep tasks engaging, and consistently exceed targets.
Communicative:
Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for building rapport and maintaining strong follow-through.
Flexible & Reliable:
You adapt to shifting priorities and deliver on commitments, balancing autonomy with accountability.
