Responsibilities

Support the Starbucks Manager in the supervision of the Starbucks Associates Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel's Starbucks outlet as required Ensure customer satisfaction by applying the Hotel's standards Ensure that all service and Hotel standards are met, including health & safety Manage labour and productivity of staff Respond to guest inquires and/or complaints Serve and prepare various beverages for guests adhering to all recipe and presentation standards Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene, and cleanliness Shift Leader training certification available All other duties as assigned by the Starbucks Manager

Requirements

Must be available to work mornings, afternoons and evenings on both Saturday and Sunday including public holidays, flexible availability to work during other days of the week an asset.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Starbucks shift supervisor Must have FoodSafe Level 1 certification Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills, with fluent written and spoken English Previous experience with Micros required
