NWT PNP Support (Terms and Conditions Apply*) Partner/Barista main duties include: \xc2\xb7 Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. \xc2\xb7 Discovers and responds to customer needs. \xc2\xb7 Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. \xc2\xb7 Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. \xc2\xb7 Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. \xc2\xb7 Great communicator \xc2\xb7 Follows Starbucks and Soul\xe2\x80\x99s operational policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Maintains a clean and organized workspace. \xc2\xb7 Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. \xc2\xb7 Maintains regular and punctual attendance. The Ideal Partner/Barista: \xc2\xb7 Ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our customers - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication. \xc2\xb7 Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. \xc2\xb7 Contributes to a positive team culture. \xc2\xb7 Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments. \xc2\xb7 Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission. \xc2\xb7 Understands the importance of meeting store goals. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience: \xc2\xb7 No previous experience required \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (oral and written). \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Basic business, math and accounting skills.
