Calian is seeking a Standards Support Designer in the subject of Material Management Training to assist our client Department of National Defence in Borden, ON.

Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining Training Plans Generating examinations from assessment plans Developing assessment plans Analyzing examinations and provide feedback Actioning feedback for continuous improvement of the implementation of training and/or development of ideas for training/learning aids

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the conduct of training and education evaluation (both student and programme evaluation) in the area of Material Management Training

Additional Requirements

You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level You must be able to work onsite
