to join our team. In this role, you will provide customer support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to electrical equipment, components, and systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your electrical knowledge in a hands-on, fast-paced, technical environment.
Responsibilities
Provide
technical support for electrical products and systems
via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
Electrical wiring and power distribution.
Motors, sensors, circuit components, and control systems.
Electrical panels, switches, relays, and protection devices.
Assist clients with
installation, configuration, and maintenance
of electrical/electronic equipment.
Guide customers through safe troubleshooting steps and proper use of electrical devices.
Document all technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on complex electrical faults or product failures.
Escalate advanced cases (e.g., safety concerns, defect investigations) to senior engineers teams.
Maintain knowledge of electrical safety standards, product updates, and industry advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
electrical systems, circuits, sensors, and control devices
.
Ability to interpret
electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
(breakers, fuses, relays, grounding).
Knowledge of
industrial electrical components
(motors, drives, PLC interfaces--basic level acceptable).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in electrical fault diagnosis.
Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to customers.
Customer-service focused mindset and ability to assist users with limited technical background.
Awareness of
electrical safety procedures and regulations
