Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

• Soutenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipe dans la gestion de tous les projets de relations publiques et de marketing sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux
• G\xc3\xa9rer les efforts de relations publiques et de marketing sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux pour un ou deux petits projets, avec le soutien de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et de la gestionnaire
• Rester au fait des meilleures pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux et de marketing d\'influence gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 des recherches sur l\'industrie et \xc3\xa0 des opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\'apprentissage
• Effectuer un audit concurrentiel et interne en utilisant la recherche pour trouver les meilleures pratiques, les tendances et les recommandations
• Identifier les tendances et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s sur les plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux pour accro\xc3\xaetre la notori\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 des marques
• Proposer des approches nouvelles et cr\xc3\xa9atives pour les campagnes de marketing d\'influence
• Examiner les donn\xc3\xa9es/rapports disponibles concernant nos canaux sociaux et les adapter pour maximiser les r\xc3\xa9sultats futurs, d\xc3\xa9finir les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux les plus importants et les fa\xc3\xa7ons de mieux optimiser l\'utilisation des actifs cr\xc3\xa9atifs
• Analyser les analyses sociales en utilisant les donn\xc3\xa9es de la plateforme et les recherches externes pour mesurer le retour sur investissement et apporter des am\xc3\xa9liorations continues aux campagnes

We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Brand PR and Social Media team as Intern starting in May 2023 to September 2023 working in our head office in Montreal. Reporting to the Brand PR, Influencer Marketing & Social Media Associate Manager, this creative student will support the team on the management of all PR and Social projects.

We are looking for someone who is social media marketing savvy, has a high interest in the new trends in PR and social media, especially Instagram and Tik Tok and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in the management of all PR and social media Marketing projects
• Manage the PR and social media Marketing efforts on 1-2 small projects, with the support of the team and the Manager
• Stay current on social media and Influencer Marketing best practices through industry research and learning opportunities
• Perform a competitive and internal audit utilizing research to find best practices, trends, and recommendations
• Identify trends and opportunities on social media platforms to increase brand awareness
• Brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer marketing campaigns
• Review available data/reports related to our social channels, and adapt to maximize future results, define the most important social media KPIs, and how to better optimize the usage of creative assets
• Analyze social analytics using platform insights and external research to measure ROI and, drive continuous improvements across campaigns
