Le stagiaire en marketing sera un membre cl\xc3\xa9 de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe marketing. Il s\'occupera principalement et activement de la gestion des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, du marketing par courriel et de l\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es.

Ce que vous ferez :

• \xc3\x89laborer un plan de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux et g\xc3\xa9rer la communaut\xc3\xa9, la cr\xc3\xa9ation de contenu, et le t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9chargement de contenu sur le site web des marques en publiant conform\xc3\xa9ment aux politiques de communication externe et aux processus d\'approbation de Keurig Canada.
• Analyses et rapports : Suivre et analyser les principaux indicateurs de performance sur les plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, tels que les taux d\'engagement, la port\xc3\xa9e et les taux de clics, afin d\'identifier les tendances, les id\xc3\xa9es et les domaines \xc3\xa0 am\xc3\xa9liorer.
• Recherche et analyse des tendances : Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des meilleures pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de marketing num\xc3\xa9rique et des technologies \xc3\xa9mergentes afin de proposer des approches innovantes pour am\xc3\xa9liorer les strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'engagement num\xc3\xa9rique.
• Cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et innovation : Proposer de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es pour un contenu attrayant, des concours, des campagnes et d\'autres initiatives susceptibles d\'am\xc3\xa9liorer la pr\xc3\xa9sence en ligne de l\'entreprise et les interactions avec les clients.
• Collaborer avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de marketing pour coordonner de nouvelles campagnes de marketing par courriel adapt\xc3\xa9es aux entreprises (nouveaux lancements, promotions, programmes et offres).
• Aider \xc3\xa0 la maintenance et \xc3\xa0 l\'optimisation des informations sur les produits (marchandisage num\xc3\xa9rique) pour les catalogues web, les outils de vente, le site web et les plateformes de commerce \xc3\xa9lectronique, afin d\'offrir \xc3\xa0 l\'utilisateur une exp\xc3\xa9rience en ligne de premier ordre.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

• En cours d\'obtention ou r\xc3\xa9cemment dipl\xc3\xb4m\xc3\xa9 d\'un dipl\xc3\xb4me en marketing, en communication, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe;
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de l\'utilisation des plateformes de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux telles que Facebook et LinkedIn;
• Connaissance de base des principes du marketing par courriel et des outils tels que MailChimp;
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences de base en mati\xc3\xa8re de conception graphique \xc3\xa0 l\'aide d\'outils tels que Canva;
• Compr\xc3\xa9hension de base de l\'analyse et des mesures pour le suivi des performances des campagnes;

The Marketing Intern, will be a key member of the Marketing team, primarily and actively social media management, email marketing, and data analysis.

What you will do:

• Develop a social media plan and manage community, content creation, and content upload on brands\xe2\x80\x99 websites by publishing in accordance with Keurig Canada\xe2\x80\x99s external communication policies and approval processes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics on social media platforms, such as engagement rates, reach, and click-through rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Research and Trend Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative approaches for improving digital engagement strategies.
• Creativity and Innovation: Contributing fresh ideas for engaging content, contests, campaigns, and other initiatives that can enhance the company\'s online presence and customer interactions.
• Work with the marketing teams to coordinate new e-mail marketing campaigns tailored to businesses (new launches, promotions, featured programs and offerings).
• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of Products\xe2\x80\x99 information (digital merchandising) for web catalogues, sales tools, ecommerce website and platforms, allowing for best-in-class online user experience.

What you will need:

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing principles and tools such as MailChimp.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva.
• Basic understanding of analytics and metrics for tracking campaign performance.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
