EN TANT QUE STAGIAIRE D\xc3\x89T\xc3\x89 SUR LES MARCH\xc3\x89S DES CAPITAUX CHEZ JLL, VOUS ETES EN CHARGE DE:

• Recueillir de linformation sur le march\xc3\xa9 et fournir un soutien \xc3\xa0 l\xc3\xa9quipe de courtage
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer les pr\xc3\xa9sentations et cr\xc3\xa9er dautres outils de marketing
• G\xc3\xa9rer la base de donn\xc3\xa9es des propri\xc3\xa9taires fonciers et communiquer avec les nouveaux clients et les clients potentiels
• fournir un soutien et de la recherche au groupe March\xc3\xa9s des capitaux
• Participer aux r\xc3\xa9unions hebdomadaires de l\xc3\xa9quipe, aux r\xc3\xa9unions internes et aux r\xc3\xa9unions mentor / mentor\xc3\xa9
• Fin de lann\xc3\xa9e : pr\xc3\xa9sentation au comit\xc3\xa9

• Actuellement inscrit \xc3\xa0 des \xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires en commerce, \xc3\xa9conomie, administration des affaires, \xc3\xa9conomie urbaine, urbanisme, marketing, g\xc3\xa9ographie urbaine, ou \xc3\xa0 des programmes connexes
• une connaissance manifeste des progiciels, notamment MS Windows; MS Office, y compris MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint et Teams; Adobe Standard
• Bonnes habilet\xc3\xa9s de communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite
• Comportement professionnel
• doit \xc3\xaatre motiv\xc3\xa9 et proactif
• excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en organisation
• doit \xc3\xaatre en mesure de bien travailler de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome et de collaborer avec les autres

JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Take the opportunity to start your career early in the commercial real estate field! Spend time learning what its like to work in the fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment at JLL.

Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

AS A CAPITAL MARKETS SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

• Gather market information and provide support for the brokerage team
• Prepare for pitches and create other marketing tools
• Manage the database of property owners and reaching out to new and potential clients
• Provide market and research support to the Capital Markets group
• Participate in weekly team meetings, internal meetings, and mentor/mentee meetings
• Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, Marketing, Urban Geography, or related programs
• Demonstrated proficiency with software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; Adobe Standard
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional yet personable demeanor
• Must be self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
• Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
