Nous recherchons une stagiaire passionnee pour appuyer notre equipe de cuisine chez Cafe Redwood a partir du mois d'Aout jusqu'au mois de Decembre 2025. Vous participerez a la preparation de nos patisseries maison (rouleaux a la cannelle, financiers, madeleines, choux a la creme, etc.) ainsi qu'a la confection de sirops maison. Vous contribuerez egalement a maintenir l'organisation et la proprete de la cuisine, tout en respectant les normes de salubrite alimentaire. Pendant les periodes de pointe, vous serez amenee a aider a la preparation des aliments et au bar a espresso. Un excellent environnement pour apprendre les bases solides de la boulangerie et du travail en cafe.

We are looking for a passionate intern to support our kitchen team at Redwood from August to December 2025. You'll help prepare our homemade pastries (cinnamon rolls, financiers, madeleines, cream puffs, etc.) and syrups. You'll also contribute to keeping the kitchen clean and organized while following food safety standards. During peak hours, you'll assist with food prep and support at the espresso bar. A great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baking and cafe service in a dynamic setting.

Nous recherchons une boulangerere passionnee et competente pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique chez Redwood. Le/la candidate ideale aura de l'experience en boulangerie et en preparation alimentaire.

Responsabilites



Suivre les recettes avec precision afin de garantir la constance du gout et de la presentation. Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation de la cuisine, en respectant les normes de securite alimentaire. Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer le bon deroulement du service. Preparer nos patisseries maison : rouleaux a la cannelle, financiers, madeleines, choux a la creme, biscuits, fondants au chocolat, creme brulee, etc. Preparer nos sirops maison. Aider au bar a espresso et a la preparation des aliments pendant les heures de pointe.

Exigences



Experience en tant que boulangerere ou dans un role similaire dans le secteur de la restauration ou de l'alimentation. Bonne connaissance des techniques de manipulation et de preparation des aliments. Familiarite avec les reglementations et les bonnes pratiques en matiere de securite alimentaire. Excellente attention aux details et capacite a suivre les instructions avec precision.

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our dynamic team at Redwood. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and food preparation.

Responsibilities



Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Prepare our homemade pastries: cinnamon rolls, financiers, madeleines, cream puffs, cookies, chocolate fondants, creme brulee, etc. Prepare our homemade syrups. Help out at the espresso bar and with food preparation during peak hours. Help with the espresso bar and food prep as needed during rush hours

Requirements



Experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
