Description du Poste
Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motive(e) et talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre equipe et participer activement au developpement de notre solution de depistage precoce du cancer du poumon. Vous serez implique(e) dans diverses taches liees a la vision par ordinateur, travaillant sur des projets de haute technologie a fort impact. Vous developperez des approches d'apprentissage automatique pour extraire des informations pertinentes pour l'analyse de donnees medicales (ex. CT-scan, historique medical). Vos taches incluront, entre autres, l'implementation d'algorithmes de classification, regression, segmentation et detection de boites englobantes sur des images CT-scan 3D au format DICOM.
Responsabilites Principales
Developpement et amelioration d'algorithmes de vision par ordinateur pour le traitement et l'analyse d'images medicales.
Developpement de scripts Python pour la gestion, le traitement et l'analyse de donnees medicales.
Participation aux activites de recherche et developpement, incluant l'implementation de nouvelles methodologies et l'evaluation des performances des modeles developpes.
Competences Requises
Formation :
Actuellement en master ou doctorat en intelligence artificielle, analyse de donnees, mathematiques appliquees ou domaine connexe.
Competences Techniques
Experience solide en vision par ordinateur et traitement d'images.
Maitrise de la programmation Python et des bibliotheques associees (PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.).
Bonne comprehension des concepts d'apprentissage automatique, deep learning et transformers.
Au moins 1 an d'experience
dans la manipulation des images 3D DICOM, PyTorch, l'apprentissage profond et la vision par ordinateur.
Competences Preferees :
Experience en imagerie medicale, particulierement avec les images 3D DICOM.
Experience en analyse d'images medicales et developpement de systemes diagnostiques.

We are currently engaged in a major project aimed at creating a solution for the early detection of lung cancer. We combine technical expertise with a passion for research to advance medicine and improve patient care.
We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to join our team and actively participate in the development of our lung cancer early screening solution. You will be involved in a variety of computer vision-related tasks, working on high-tech, high-impact projects. You will be developing machine learning approaches to extract relevant information for the analysis of medical data (e.g. CT-scan, medical history). Your tasks will include, among others, implementing classification, regression, segmentation and bounding box detection algorithms on 3D CT-scan images in DICOM format.
Main Responsibilities
Development and improvement of computer vision algorithms for the processing and analysis of medical images.
Development of Python scripts for the management, processing, and analysis of medical data.
Participation in research and development activities, including the implementation of new methodologies and the evaluation of the performance of developed models.
Required Skills
Education:
Currently pursuing a master's or PhD in artificial intelligence, data analysis, applied mathematics, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in computer vision and image processing.
Proficiency in Python programming and associated libraries (PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.).
Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning and transformers concepts.
At least 1 year of experience
working with 3D DICOM images, PyTorch, deep learning, and computer vision.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in medical imaging, particularly with 3D DICOM images.
Experience in medical image analysis and the development of diagnostic systems.
