Dans ce role, vos activites et projets consisteront de:

Appuyer les projets d'experience client Creation de processus uniformes en matiere de campagnes marketing promotionnelles. Fournir du soutien general et administratif pour le service.

Domaine d'etudes requises:

Marketing ou Marketing numerique

Competences:

Capacite d'etablir et de maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l'equipe et les equipes interfonctionnelles. Capacite de travailler de facon autonome, avec peu de supervision. Capacite d'apprendre et d'appliquer rapidement ses nouvelles connaissances. Connaissances en informatique (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.). Une experience de travail anterieure et/ou la participation a une association etudiante est consideree comme un atout.

Competences requises:

Excellentes competences en communication (verbale et ecrite) et competences en presentation. La maitrise du francais est requise. Etudiant a temps plein dans une universite canadienne reconnue au moment de la candidature. Disponible du debut mai a la fin aout 2026. Disponible pour travailler dans un environnement de travail hybride au siege sociale a Kirkland, Quebec.

In this role, your activities & projects will consist of:

Supporting the department's customer experience project(s). Develop consistent Marketing promotional campaign processes. General and administrative support for the department.

Required field of study:

Marketing or Digital Marketing.

Qualifications:

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, with little supervision. Ability to learn and apply new information quickly. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.). Past work experience and/or student association involvement is considered an asset.

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Fluency in French is required. Must be a full-time student in a recognized Canadian university at the time of application. Must be available for the entire summer internship mandate from May to August 2026. Available to work in a hybrid work environment at our Canadian HQ in Kirkland, Quebec.
